Proven History

High School Program: Launched school year 2018-19, Connect 4 was founded to provide industrial skills training to juniors and seniors at Berryville, Eureka Springs, and Green Forest High Schools. Growing from 17 students at inception to 94 students this school year, the program has an 85% placement rate to industry with average starting salary of $52,000 or matriculation to college or the military.

Adult Program: Tuition-based adult training at the existing site was added during evenings and breaks in 2022. To date, 100 workers have been trained and up-skilled in the areas of welding, automation and CDL.

Economic Impact

Total economic impact to date is estimated at well above $10 million earned salaries by Connect 4 Graduates and Connect 4: Workforce and Electrical Safety Training Industry classes.
